C4G Jewelers does not accept returns/exchanges. However, store credit may be granted. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact our team via email at: cash4goldml@hotmail.com

CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY:

There are no returns/exchanges on C4G's Customized Jewelry. All of our Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 5-Year Warranty. The warranty entitles you to repairs of the piece free of charge. C4G will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (ie: water damage, intentional breakage, etc). Once any of our custom pieces goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.
